You've had a birthday shout hurray!-Israel

So it's a couple weeks late, but Israel turned 5 on January 27th!!! This was Israel's first big birthday party. (We decided a few years ago that our kids will get "big" birthday parties only at certain ages)
Israel and I went through different options of WHERE to have the party. He eliminated Chuck-E-Cheese when we told him that Chuck E might actually come out and see him. Then he eliminated McDonald's after discovering that their toys were stuffed dogs. We searched on the Internet and found that Burger King had MONSTER TRUCKS!!!! We were sold.

It was the perfect party. The play area was completely empty(to begin with). I called ahead and told them all eleven kids meal orders and so as soon as we got there they started on those and were done in great time. For the "gift bags" we just put everyone's toy in a zip lock with some gummies. Everyone also got a Burger King crown (if it survived the play area.)

4:15 setting up for the party.
By the end of the party his crown was all sweaty and stuck around his neck...he was crying to get it off.
Proof that we were there.

Israel got so many fun gifts, and unfortunately that was his favorite part...that boy loves toys...we're working on it:)

Alyssa, Jade, Finn, Lindy, Jada, Israel, Hunter, London, Kawika, Izac (missing: Kade)

Blue mouths for everyone!

There's Kade

And hands :)

If you notice, Finn is the only child whose hands and face are clean, well except for that one spot on the side which I'm sure he cleaned up right after this shot was taken....totally typical for our clean little buddy! Love this kid!

I didn't know where the candle was when we were @ Burger King so Israel had to blow out the the lighter that I brought. But the next day I found the candle in my purse. So the kids had leftover cupcakes and I let him blow out the candle at home. In the above shot we just finished singing to him and instead of blowing out his candle he asked "Is this the part where I make a wish?" After saying yes, he blew them and yelled his wish for the biggest house in the world.

We love Israel and were so glad that he had a good birthday. Can't believe it's been 5 years. Can't wait to see what the next 5 bring!

Looks like a FUN TIME! I can't believe how old your kids are and we got married before you. WIERD. Syd will be 5 in April and is ready to be in school. She gets bored with me.

Israel, what a great party you had. . .and you even found MONSTER TRUCKS. Hurrah. Kawika sort of looks like a clown with his big red lips in that last photo. You guys are crazy. Love you.

We can't believe he's five already too! We remember well when little brother was born back at TVA... good times. The time goes way to quickly with the little ones. Hope you guys are well!
